Delivery agent unreachable

I am unable to contact the delivery agent on call

We will raise an issue with our Delivery Service Provider if the rider has not reached your restaurant (within 45 mins) or not delivered the order after pickup (within 90 mins).

A new rider will be assigned in case any issue is found at the time. We will notify you and your customer if that happens.

If you cannot wait that long, we would request you to try calling the agent again in a few minutes. We regret the inconvenience caused.
