We will raise an issue with our Delivery Service Provider if the rider has not delivered the order to your customer within 90 mins of order being placed.
A new rider will be assigned in case any issue is found at the time. We will notify you and your customer if that happens.
If you cannot wait that long, we would request you to try calling the agent again in a few minutes. We regret the inconvenience caused.
